The Fairtrade Yorkshire Annual Conference on Saturday 18th July 2025
Christ Church, The Grove, Ilkley LS29 9LW
(Just a couple of minutes walk from the Station and from the main car park)
11.30am until 3.30pm
The event is open to all Fairtrade supporters and is free of charge
Free tea, coffee and biscuits
Chance to browse an extensive stall of Fair Trade goods and to sample some Fairtrade products
· Key note presentation from a speaker from the Fairtrade Foundation. Also, Sam Brixby-Bland, President for Union Development, will speak about how Fairtrade has been promoted through the Hull University Student Union.
· Presentations from two schools
· Liz Roodhouse will speak about Fairtrade Embsay with Eastby and their links with the local environment group
· Chance to chat with other Fair Trade supporters about achievements, challenges and plans
